Prints:
I carefully prepare, hand wrap and pack all prints myself. I personally take care of all the logistics for prints and use our national postal service ‘An Post’.
Typically within 7 days from the date of your successful transaction, your item should arrive.
Mugs:
Mugs are printed and shipped by Printful (a print on demand service) Orders can take up to a week or more as they are shipped from Latvia but you will be given a tracking number upon ordering.
Pre Orders:
A date will be shown below the pre order button. This is the date your product will be shipped and should arrive Typically within 7 days from the date of your pre order.
Everything Else:
Your order email will give you information about when you can expect your items to arrive. All information on the shipping dates for arrival of goods should be found in your email.

RETURNS
Prints:
Please get in touch if you have received your parcel and it’s been damaged in anyway.
In the unlikely case that your Dooley Doodles purchase isn't what you expected, then please email me at info@dooleydoodles.com
Make sure you include your order number and a photo of your product within 14 days of you getting it so I can see what I can do to fix the problem for you.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to refund any postage costs because this is a small business I run myself.
Mugs:
Printful will offer to reship the order If the product arrives damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required.
